Kidraised kennels is a small family kennel. Our goal is to produce one litter of puppies per year. We aim for a litter that has good sound bodies with superior temperments and have been well socialized. Our puppies are part of our family, raised in our family room and having interaction with adults, children of all ages and other pets.

We are selective as to who may purchase our puppies. We allow bonding visits with the puppies during the first eight weeks of their lives! This allows for easier transitions to their new homes.

We pride ourselves on trying to give each and every puppy the best start to life. We initiate housebreaking at three weeks and crate training prior to going to their new homes.

​

All puppies are health certified for eyes, hips elbows and heart disease.

Kidraised Kennels is owned by Sherri Visser. Her Husband, Bill, and four children (now grown), Jade, Brayden, Josh and Brad all help to make Kidraised Kennels a terrific environment for raising newborn puppies.  Puppies now get to interact with the next generation, Gabby, Noah and Kal!!

Sherri Visser is has been working as Animal Health Technician for more than 30 years. Even as a child she has had a love for Golden Retrievers. She owned her first female in the early 1990’s and has been committed to owning three females at any one time. Her goldies are important members of the family!
